Dr. Marvin Lifschitz is a New York State licensed psychotherapist who conducts private practice in New York City and Westchester, NY. He is also a faculty member, supervisor and training analyst for The Institute for Expressive Analysis and The Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. He has also been a faculty member of the Westchester training program for Alcohol and Chemical Dependency. His papers include "Constructing A Psychology Of Addiction" which was presented at the International Conference on Wilfred Bion (Turin, Italy, 1997). Further publications include the book "An Integration of Gestalt Therapy with Psychoanalysis," Irvington Publishers Inc., New York, NY, 1995.
